Peanut Butter and Jelly Day in our bilingual 1.A / Den arašídového másla a marmelády v naší bilingvní 1.A

During crafts on Thursday we combined a nice story about friendship with a little tasty experiment. We read a book called “Peanut Butter and Cupcake”, a story about finding new friends. Then we got to our edible craft, making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. We learned how to spread the ingredients on bread, put them together and eat them. It also tied together perfectly with the end of our food unit in Incredible English. The kids loved it and you may have to stock your kitchen with a new sweet tasty snack. :)

Během pracovních činností jsme ve čtvrtek spojili pěkný příběh o přátelství s trochou chutného experimentu. Přečetli jsme si knihu s názvem „Arašídové máslo a cupcake“, příběh o hledání nových přátel. Pak jsme se dostali k vyrábění sendviče s arašídovým máslem a marmeládkou. Naučili jsme se, jak správně rozetřít ingredience na chléb, dát je dohromady a sníst. Dokonale jsme tím také zakončili naši měsíční lekci o jídle z hodin angličtiny s Incredible English. Děti si to velice užily a je možné, že budete muset zásobit svou kuchyni novým sladkým a chutným občerstvením. :)
